Industry knowledge with a technology-neutral approach
Each industry has its own process language, operating risks and quality criteria. We do not start with a predetermined supplier. We begin with the required result, examine the existing production environment and form the technical basis on which technologies, equipment and implementation partners can be evaluated.

Cement & Alternative Fuels
Cement production, material handling and industrial RDF
Cement production combines continuous thermal operation, demanding material flows and strict requirements for process stability. Alternative fuels add further variability: composition, moisture, particle size, contaminants and feeding behaviour must be reconciled with the requirements of the kiln and the existing plant.

Blended Fertilizers & Raw-Material Components
Potash, mineral and peat-based components
Complex and blended fertilizers require more than combining available raw materials. The formulation must be translated into a reproducible industrial process that accounts for dosing accuracy, moisture, particle-size distribution, compatibility, flowability, storage and the required product properties.

From wet residue to a controlled treatment route
Sewage sludge is a variable material with high moisture content and environmental constraints. A responsible solution begins with characterization and mass balance, then evaluates mechanical treatment, drying, thermal processing and the final route for energy, emissions and mineral residues.
